		<content type="html">&lt;P&gt;Another thing people hate about websites is being bombarded with audio when they're not expecting it.&amp;nbsp; Bear in mind, a lot of people are going online at work, and they don't necessarily want your voice echoing around the office.&amp;nbsp; If you choose to put audio on your website, make sure you set it up as something they have to click on to hear if they choose.&lt;/P&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">Another thing is those drop down menus, where you click on something but it doesn't seem to register, and you end up clicking again, but because of the way it's set up, you end up clicking on the wrong thing.&amp;nbsp; I've noticed this with the Qantas website, and there's many others out there. In some ways they're nifty, but they just seem to not work terribly well, and they frustrate the user.</content>
